Bone-in Ribeye at Outbacks

I've had the bone-in ribeye steak at the Outback a couple of times in the last month. 
I order 'medium' and for two times in a row it comes out super rare on the outer part. Is this how they cook it?
Maybe I should order 'well-done' next time...
